21 Battery Park: 21 Battery Park is a newly
constructed multi-use building located steps from the Grove Arcade
Public Market and Wall Street in downtown Asheville. The 45 luxury
condominiums feature private balconies, spectacular mountain views,
on-site parking and rooftop terraces. One and two bedroom homes range
in size from 1,300 to 2,600 square feet.
60 N. Market Street: This
new residential development downtown began construction in the fall of
2006. The condos are scheduled for completion in May 2008. The building
is located next to the Thomas Wolfe house on N. Market and Woodfin
Streets. 60 N. Market Condos range in size from 787 square foot
one-bedroom units to 2,000+ square foot penthouse units. There are a
variety of bedroom and bathroom configurations within this development.
Kress Building:
Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, the historic Kress building
was constructed in 1928 and continues to be an architectural landmark.
Renovations began in the fall of 2000 and by January of 2002, the
renovation was complete and 21 residential condos were ready for
occupancy. While there aren't any units still offered by the developer,
Kress condos periodically come on the market for resale. Kress Condos
range in size from 600 square foot studios to 1,400 square foot 2

Lexington Station is a mixed-use development in downtown Asheville.
Located on 1.7 acres, the project consists of three buildings with a

outdoor plazas and landscaped areas. The site, just south of Hilliard
St. and a block from Biltmore Ave., is located behind the Orange Peel
between Lexington and Church Streets. Lexington Station Condos range in
size from 816 to 2,000 square feet. One and two bedroom homes are
offered.
